Step by Step Process of TG EAPCET - 2025

After Getting the results notification for Counselling will be released where students can find the schedule from the Registration process to Spot Admissions Guidelines.
As per the counselling schedule students have to complete the registration process and booking the slot to get certificates verified. For required certificates list for verification Click here
After completion of the Certificate Verification student will get an login Id will be sent to register mobile number (Which mobile number has been provided at the time of registration process). With the Login Id student can create password to login. With these couple of inputs (Registration number, Login Id, Password, Hall ticket number) student can exercise options.
After exercising options, College with respective of branch will be allotted. After allotment student needs to login again with the credentials they have and should take the allotment order as well as self reporting(Joining report which contains Admission number) through self reporting system which will be shown on the login dashboard. If student doesn't like the college or branch he got in the Phase-I, he can go for the Phase II & Phase III(Final Phase) by following the same process as per the schedule. But if you get a seat in a Phase-II the seat allotted in the Phase-I will be automatically get cancelled. Note: No need to submit the original certificates to the college until the Final phase completed any way in the Counselling Notification they will mention when to submit the Original Certificates.
After First-I, student can participate in the Phase-II & Phase-III by following the same process as like Phase-I
Allotment of Phase II & (Phase-III Final Phase) will be released as per the schedule. Students who get allotted the seats in the Phase-II & Phase III have to take the allotment order and follow the self reporting system.
As per the Schedule usually after the Phase-II, Telangana Council Higher Education(TGCHE) will release an official notification for the Management quota(30% seats) admissions. In this case some of the colleges will release the Management quota(B.Category (JEE mains CRL ranks will be considered) & C.Category(NRI/NRI Sponsorship quota(Intermediate marks & Eapcet rank will be considered) admissions notification.
After the all phases of the Counselling, for the remaining seats, TGCHE will conduct another counselling round called "Spot Admissions". Usually until the 2023, colleges were having the authority to fill those spot admissions, but from the 2024 TGCHE is conducting spot admissions through online.
