1. Why is this Online Application procedure?
Completing an Online Application is easy and fast compared to the Printed Application Form. The Online submission of the Application will reduce the errors and whole processing time for a student such as standing in queues at Banks to purchase Printed Application forms, take Demand Draft from Bank, submission of completed Application form at the Regional Centers / TG EAPCET Office, unexpected delays, uncertainty and confusion due to postal delay / receiving of Hall Tickets etc. In addition to this, online system provides efficient & consistent Application tracking information and the ability to search the applications easily. Since the inception of the online submission of the application in 2012, it is working successfully. Also, for many competitive exams, the online Application submission process has been being used. It is also to “SAVE PAPER and SAVE ENVIRONMENT”.
2. How can I submit the Application form for TG EAPCET-2025?
For TG EAPCET-2025, Application has to be submitted through ONLINE mode ONLY. Please visit the TG EAPCET-2025 website https://eapcet.tsche.ac.in for more details. Read the instructions given in USER GUIDE before filling the Application. Be ready with the “Mandatory Details”. It will guide you through the whole process. Before filling the Online Application, keep the following mandatory details to fill in the appropriate fields.

3. What are the various modes of payment of Registration fee?
There are two modes of payment. a) Through TS Online / AP Online Centers. b) Through Debit / Credit Card or Net Banking.
4. How do I know that my Application has been received after filling in the Online Application?
On successful submission of the Online Application, you will receive an SMS on your registered Mobile Number with the Registration Number. Further, your “Filled-in Online Application” containing all the details uploaded to the database which were filled by you along with the Registration number and the Barcode will be displayed instantly.
5. What should I do, if I have entered wrongly the latest inter second year hall ticket number in the online application?
Submit your scanned copy of signed request letter to the helpline email id: tseapcethelpdesk2024@jntuh.ac.in by attaching the intermediate 2nd Year Latest Hall Ticket / Marks Memo at the earliest.
6. What should I do with the “Filled-in Application”?
a. The candidate has to take a print of the “Filled-in Application Form”, keep a copy of this form and preserve it carefully. Use the Registration Number printed in the “Filled-in Application Form” for all future correspondence.
b. The Printout of Filled-in Online Application form shall be handed over to the invigilator in the examination hall by pasting Photo and by putting the candidate’s left hand thumb impression in the space provided.
7. Do I need to upload any Certificate?
No, you need not upload any Certificate. However, submit the Filled-in Online application to the Invigilator in the Examination Hall on the day of examination.
8. Do I need to upload my Photograph and Signature?
If your Qualifying examination is conducted by Board of Intermediate Education Telangana in 2025 (or) if you have passed the Qualifying Examination after 2010, then you need not upload photo and signature as they are already available with TG EAPCET 2025 Office. However, if you belong to CBSE / ICSE / Equivalent exam, then you have to upload passport size Photo (file size less than 50KB and .jpg file format) and Signature (File size less than 30KB and .jpg file format) as and when prompted by the system during the filling of Online Application.
9. If I wish to appear for both streams, Engineering (E) and Agriculture & Pharmacy (A&P), whether I will be allotted single Hall Ticket Number for Both Streams or a different Hall Ticket Numbers?

10. I am an OBC category candidate. Should I enclose Category Certificate?
OC or OBC candidates need not submit any Certificate along with the Application. However, OBC candidates have to produce the Category Certificate and EWS (OC) students have to produce the EWS Certificate at the time of Counseling/Admission. The SC / ST category students have to submit a copy of the Caste Certificate along with the Filled-in Application on the day of the entrance Examination.

12. If I choose the Payment Gateway option, how should I submit the Online Application?
Before selecting the Debit / Credit card / Net banking payment mode for Registration fee, the candidate has to be ready with the required mandatory details. After payment, the Online Application will appear. Fill in all the mandatory details, read the declaration and SUBMIT.
13. What are the Boxes given in the bottom of the Filled-in Online Application?
The boxes at the bottom of the Filled-in Online Application are meant for affixing photograph, signing and place for thumb impression of the candidate.
14. Do I need to post or submit by hand my filled-in online application and attachments to the TG EAPCET-2025 Office?
No, you need not post nor submit by hand your filled-in online application and attachments to the TG EAPCET-2025 Office.
15. After completing the Online Application process and generating the Filled in Online Application, will I be able to login again to change/edit my application data?
NO, after submission of the ONLINE Application and generated the “Filled-in Application”, the candidate cannot modify/edit the data. Therefore, the candidates are highly expected to be extra careful while filling the ONLINE Application. However, some of the fields (excluding Stream, Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket No., Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Test Zone and Category details) in the Filled-In Online Application Form can be edited by the Candidate during the permitted period. 16. Inadvertently, I did some mistake while filling the details in Online Application. How to rectify it?
The candidates are expected to be very careful while filling the ONLINE Application. Please refer to the answer given for Question No. 15 for correcting the mistakes.
17. I have missed to take a print of my Online Application at the end of my application process. How will I get access to it? Or If I misplace my copy of the “Filled-in Online Application”, how can I get another copy?
You can log on to https://eapcet.tsche.ac.in and click on “Print Filled-in Application”. Enter the Registration Number (sent to your registered Mobile Number and eMail Id), Payment Reference ID, Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number, Date of Birth and take a printout.
18. What shall I do if I don’t have my personal Email-id?
Personal Email-Id is mandatory as the Payment confirmation or any other future correspondence will be done only through the registered personal Email-id. Hence, you are advised to create a new personal eMail ID immediately.
19. What shall I do if I don’t have a personal Mobile number?
Personal Mobile number is Mandatory as the Payment confirmation or any other information will be communicated only through the registered Mobile Number. Mobile Number may also belong to your Parents / Guardian.
20. If I arrive at the TG EAPCET-2025 Examination center late by a minute, will I be allowed to take the examination?
Candidates appearing for TG EAPCET-2025 examination will NOT BE ALLOWED into the examination center even if they are late by a minute. In view of such unwarranted situation, the candidates are advised to reach the Test Centre at least one hour in advance.
21. Inadvertently, I pressed the Back / Refresh / ANY button during the Registration Fee Payment through Debit / Credit Card. Will that effect my payment process?
It is strictly advised to avoid the operation of Back / Refresh / ANY buttons during the Registration Fee Payment through Debit / Credit Card as this will not only hamper the whole process but the application submission will also be incomplete. Hence, you are advised to wait during the Online Payment through Bank.
22. I haven’t found the answer to my question in the FAQs, what should I do?

23. With the help of the TG / AP Online acquired Transaction Id., I have started filling the Online Application Form. Unfortunately, I did not complete the process by clicking the “SUBMIT” button and the “Filled-in Online Application” was not generated. Can I use the same Transaction Id again and restart the filling of the Online Application Form?
Yes, you can use the same Transaction Id. You will not be allowed to “SUBMIT” your application without filling all the mandatory fields of Online Application form.
24. I have registered for the Engineering (E) Stream, later I wish to register for the Agriculture & Pharmacy (A&P) Stream as I am eligible. Can I transfer the already paid Registration Fee to (A&P) stream?
No, the Registration Fee CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED.
25. I have registered for the Agriculture & Pharmacy (A&P) Stream, later I wish to register for the Engineering (E) Stream as I am eligible. Can I transfer the already paid Registration Fee to (A&P) stream?
No, the Registration Fee CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED.
26. I have paid the Registration Fee for TG EAPCET-2025 examination, but I do not wish to take the TG EAPCET-2024 exam due to unavoidable reasons. Is the Registration Fee Refundable?
No, the Registration Fee is NOT REFUNDABLE.
27. Can I exchange the Transaction Id with my friend?
No, the Transaction Id is NOT TRANSFERABLE.
28. Are the Helpline Centers meant for appearing TG EAPCET-2025 entrance test?
No, the Helpline centers are for certificate verification at the time of Counseling for admission to professional courses. The schedule will be notified by the competent authority at a later date.
29. I have selected wrong Physically Challenged (PH), how to get it corrected.
No, Correction will be done for OC & BC’S Category.

TG EAPCET FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ’s) about CBT (Computer Based Test)
1. Is the TG EAPCET-2025 ranking is based on whatever the marks secured by me in the Test (against final key)?
No, the TG EAPCET-2025 ranking will not be done directly by taking the candidate’s scored marks (against Final Key). Since the TG EAPCET-2025 is conducted in multiple sessions, the marks secured in different sessions has to be normalized to bring the uniformity like other state level and National level CETs. The normalization formula which is being used throughout India has been given in the Instruction Booklets and Detailed notification. Hence, whatever the marks obtained by candidate after normalization will be taken for TG EAPCET-2025 ranking.
2. Which documents should a candidate carry to the TG EAPCET-2025 test center?
Hall ticket, Printout of Filled in Online Application form by pasting candidate’s Photo on it and Photo copy of caste certificate (Caste certificate in case of SC/ST category only, if he/she has not furnished the caste certificate number at the time of submission of Online Application Form).
3. What is the examination duration and timings?
Exam Duration: 3 Hours (Mandatory) Exam Timings:
Morning FN Session: 9.00 AM to 12:00
After Noon AN session: 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM
4. What is the reporting time for the TG EAPCET-2025?
Candidates will be permitted to TG EAPCET- 2025 Test center at least two hours before the commencement of the test. Candidates will not be allowed into the Test center even if he / she is LATE BY A MINUTE after the commencement of the test.
5. Where can candidate find the seating details?
Candidate can find the seating details on notice board at the exam center. Invigilators will also be available to guide the students to their respective computer labs.
6. Where will Student Biometrics/Photo be taken?
After the verification of documents at the entrance of TG EAPCET-2025 Test center, students will be guided toward Biometrics capturing facility. Examiners will take Photograph and Right-Hand Thumb scan of the student as part of biometrics capturing.
7. When and where will I get my Login credentials to the Computer Based Test?
Login ID and Password will be announced 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination in the Test center.
8. Is there any negative mark for wrong answer in TG EAPCET-2025?
There are NO Negative marks for wrong answers.
9. Can I change my options once I select and save an answer?
Yes, candidate can change the option selected at any point of time during the test by simply clicking on another option and saving it.
10. How can I know whether my answer is saved or not?
After selecting an option and Clicking “Save & Next” button, that respective question number will turn into Green Color in the Question Palette located on the right-hand side of the computer screen.
11. Which questions will be considered for evaluation?
ONLY Questions for which answers are saved (displayed in green ) or marked for review after answering (displayed in purple ) will be considered for evaluation.
12. Can I track my time during examination?
Timer in the top right corner will display the time left for closure of test for your convenience.
13. Can I switch to other section (subject) or question in between the examination?
Candidate can change the section (subject) or question number within a section (subject) by clicking on the respective section (subject) name or question number, anytime within the duration of the test.
14. What shall I do if there is any problem with my computer during the examination?
If you face any problem with your computer, please do not panic. Just report the issue to your invigilator by raising your hand. You will be given another system. Your timer will continue from the same point when the system has problem and you will not be losing any time. Also, all the questions answered / marked for review will remain the same in the new system. In other words, you are not going to lose any time or miss any question which you have answered / marked for review. So, there is absolutely no reason to be panic.
15. Am I allowed to carry calculator?
No, Calculators are not allowed. You need to strictly adhere to the instructions mentioned in your TG EAPCET-2025 Hall ticket and Instructions provided in the website.
16. Do I need to be an expert in computer operations to take a computer-based test?
No, all you need to know is the Mouse Click for selecting your option and navigation. You do not need to know any other operations. We recommend you to practice the mock test, the link for mock test is provided in TG EAPCET-2025 website. It is available all the time.
17. What are the benefits of going for a computer-based test to me?
Following are the benefits of a computer-based test over a traditional OMR based offline test:
